(Purpose)
Article 1.
These Regulations prescribe the required conditions concerning management of the Disaster Nursing Support Business fund held by the Public Interest Corporation, Japan Academy of Nursing Science (hereinafter ‘the Corporation’).

(Establishment)
Article 2 .
This Corporation is permitted to establish the Disaster Nursing Support Business fund as special assets.
 2. The Disaster Nursing Support Business fund is capital for conducting the Disaster Nursing Support Business, and is classified as an asset as stipulated in Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Authorization of Public Interest Incorporated Associations and Public Interest Incorporated Foundations Implementation Regulation Article 22 Clause 3 Item 2.

(Reserves)
Article 3.
In accordance with these Regulations, reserves will be placed in the Disaster Nursing Support Business fund.

(Applications)
Article 4 .
The Disaster Nursing Support Business fund shall be applied to the following uses.
(1) National bonds, provincial government bonds and government-guaranteed securities
(2) Savings accounts of financial institutions
(3) Loan trusts, financial trusts and public bond investment trusts
(4) Foreign bonds
(5) Corporations and investment trusts listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
 2. When capital is applied to Article 4.1.5 above, the investment choice shall be limited to investment grade institutions designated by a ratings agency.

(Operating Profits)
Article 5.
Operating profit generated by the Disaster Nursing Support Business fund shall be used by the Disaster Nursing Support Business or deposited in the Disaster Nursing Support Business fund.

(Usage)
Article 6.
All or part of the capital in the Disaster Nursing Support Business fund may be used by a motion approved by the Councilors meeting.

(Revision)
Article 7.
Revision of these regulations can only be made by a motion approved by the Board of Directors.

Supplementary Provisions
These Regulations take effect from August 24, 2011.
